Diane is a very kind and experienced host. We visited in passing but she let us meet the puppies and the mother though they were closed for the day. She is also a terrific trainer and has boarding options.

15 months ago a beautiful long haired German Shepard came into this world with 2 brothers and 3 sisters, My dream dog finally now to pick one, Diane from Redwood German Shepard’s guided and helped me pick the best puppy. We named him Elwood Vom Redwood aka cruiser. The most beautiful long haired German Shepard my dream has come true, everyday I look at him and say Wow, we truly found the best breeder he is gentle and full of cuddles, you can tell his 8 weeks with his mom and Diane have engraved wonderful gentle traits that are still there to this day. He truly is a head turner and I proudly tell people he is from Redwood German Shepard’s definitely the best breeder, Diane and her Shepard’s get a 20 from me. Diane is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the dogs. She is friendly and full of fantastic advice and wisdom. It doesn’t matter when you purchased a dog from her she will always be there to guide you in any way you need. Her dogs are well looked after and so beautiful.

Me and my partner were looking for a German Shepherd puppy and came across this kennel. Seeing that it got good reviews we decided to give her a call. After speaking with Diane the owner of the kennel. We found out we were going to be lucky enough to soon be proud owners of a little puppy girl. A month been by and she kept in contact fully. Being friendly and ever so kind. She even let us come visit the puppies. Very professional about the experience. All her dogs are beautiful and you can tell they're well taken care of. Not only that Diane herself cares deeply about her dogs and how they are cared and loved. She even makes you feel like you're part of the family right away. Overall this was a phenomenal experience for me and my partner. You would definitely recommend anyone looking for a German Shepherd to give Diane a call. Our little girl is the most beautiful loving wonderful family member we've ever had. So glad we found this lovely place.

Diane is a phenomenal breeder. Not only do her dogs make fantastic family pets, but she is showing everyday that they can also be working and sport dogs. Her dogs temperaments are exactly what you want from a shepherd, stable with confidence and a personality to die for!I was given the incredible opportunity of being allowed to handle one of her dogs in the junior ring which was an amazing experience. Not only did she let me handle one of her shepherds, but she also took a chance on me and brought me to GSSCC 2021. She’s introduced me to many other trainers, breeders, judges, and some other great people in the dogs world. Without her help, I wouldn't have been able to have the opportunities that I have now.She is helping me reach my goals in the dog world and has even helped me find a job with dogs! She doesn’t just give you a puppy, she gives it the best husbandry possible and life-long support. Diane puts everything she has into her dogs and it’s evident by what she produces. I give Redwood a 5+ star. I purchased my puppy Dutchess vom Redwood September of 2020. The 6 hour drive was sure worth it. All of her dogs are absolutely beautiful and amazing temperament. Diane makes sure all of the puppies are very well socialized and very confident. She took the time to explain all the training she has done with all the puppies from the time they are born till they go to there new homes. Diane is a very knowledgeable breeder and dog trainer.Dutchess is so extremely easy to train and very affectionate. You will not be disappointed if you decide to get a Redwood puppy.
